(based on a 7 hour maximum day)
$200 booking fee
Single day: $800*
Two days: $1500*

To secure your date, a contract must be signed and returned with a $200 non refundable booking fee.
Payment schedule
1/2 of remaining balance, with ticket for travel is due 30 days before the event date. The remaining balance is due before Janice leaves the venue.
Cancellation policy
With the exception of the non-refundable booking fee, sponsor may cancel clinic up to 30 days before event date. After this date, any payments made will not be refunded.
